General Info
If you would like to rent either of these units, please call us to reserve your dates. We do operate on a first-come, first-serve basis, so book your reservation as far in advance as possible. Once your reservation is made, you will need to mail to us a $100 deposit within five days to hold your dates.
After receipt of your deposit, we will send you a receipt confirming your reservation and a breakdown of rent and cleaning fees which is due sixty days prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt of the second check, we will send you a packet containing information on the condo, a map showing how to find Alii Villas, and a checklist that needs to be mailed back. This list is our way of making sure everything is in order when each guest arrives.
