Thank you for your interest in our Alii Villas condominiums. If you have visited the Big Island before, you already appreciate the unspoiled beauty to be found there. If this is your first trip, we think you'll come to love the Kona Coast of Hawaii as much as we do.
The Alii Villas complex is located one mile south of Kailua-Kona. The property is set at the water's edge among lovely gardens and coastal palms. Our central location is perfect to watch the ocean sunsets, far enough away from noise and traffic, but a short walk to the center of town. Here, you'll have the opportunity to relax on the lanai, tan by the pool, have a BBQ, or sit on the rocks and watch the sun as it sets over the blue Pacific.
Both or our comfortable one- and two-bedroom units have stunning ocean views and feature private lanais, fully-equipped kitchens (which were recently remodeled), dining areas, cable TVs, washers/dryers, free local phone calls and assigned parking. The one-bedroom has a Queen size bed and sleeper sofa; the two-bedroom condo has two Queen size beds. Both units are clean and ready for you to come and relax.
